Back by popular demand (or at least one of Mona’s fans requested a return of her posts)!
Mona is stepping back into her Eggtooth Originals spokesperson role. It will be her job to stay up on happenings in the studio, new offerings in wood and jewelry, the travelling schedule, and any other noteworthy topic that catches her eye. She will stay away from politics; as long as she gets her daily two square meals a (not too long) walk, she could care less.
Mona is excited to announce that she and Eggtooth Originals will be travelling to Burns Oregon in early April to participate in the Harney County Migratory Bird Festival (formerly known as John Scharff Migratory Bird Festival). If any of those place-names ring a bell, that’s because the community of Burns was tangled up in the mess at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge this past winter. This annual festival invites bird-watching and nature-loving enthusiasts to enjoy 3 days of field trips, guest speakers, and the nature-related art show. This year, the festival is proving to be stronger than ever!
Details: Friday – Sunday, April 8 – 10th, Burns Oregon. The nature-related art show takes place in the Burns High School gym, located right in the middle of town. Jack and Karen will be offering lots of goodies from the Eggtooth shop, including Jack’s new hand-carved keepsake and salt boxes.
